Tai Chi for Health and Balance 2

Tai Chi for Health and Balance 2 is the sequel to Tai Chi for Health and Balance (TCHB). Successful completion of TCHB is required prior to participating in this program, as this is a more challenging course built on the movements and skills learned in TCHB.

About the workshop

Tai Chi for Health & Balance 2 is an interactive, group workshop that includes 1 hour class sessions, twice-weekly for 8 weeks. Depending on the workshop size, it is led by one or two certified facilitators.
